Shipping
We deliver your parcel within 3–5 working days. As soon as your package has left our store, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to find out where your package is.

Returns
We offer free returns within 7 days. All you have to do is fill out our RMA Forum, once submitted our team will contact you for more details. Please note that it can take 2 weeks for us to process your RMA. We will do our best to complete this process as soon as possible.

We provide a 3-year standard warranty, from the date of purchase for all our products.

If you believe you have received a defective product, or are experiencing any problems with your product, please contact us.

This warranty strictly does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or not in accordance with product instructions (dropping the product, etc.).
