WARRANTY:
- Repairs – 30 Days Covering Parts And Labor from the date of repair.
- Custom PCs and Pre-Builds – 30 days from the date of purchase* Covering Parts And Labor. There’s an additional coverage option if applicable. Voxburg offers a One, Two, and Three-year warranty that covers Parts And Labor*(please read our repair disclaimer)
- New Products – 30 Days Store Warranty + Manufacturer Warranty* (if applicable) (Excluding Graphic Cards, CPUs, Motherboards, Power Supplies). If A Product Is Defective Within 30 Days Of Purchase, We Repair It Or Replace It With a Similar Product Per Our Discretion. After 30 Days, The Customer Must Contact The Manufacturer To Obtain Service Or Repair For The Product (We Will Be Glad To Assist With The Process)
- Used/Refurbished Products – 60 Days Store Warranty. If A Product Is Defective Within 60 Days Of Purchase, We Will Repair It Or Replace It With a Similar Product Per Our Discretion. (Excluding Graphic Cards, CPUs, Motherboards) All our in-house Refurbished products are tested thoroughly with a 7-point check.
- Part Upgrades or Rebuilt PCs – We are not responsible for any damage or incompatibility issues on hardware given to us by a customer. Voxburg holds the right to refuse any work even after payment was completed. A customer liability form will have to be filled out and approved before any services are rendered.
WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS:
- User Damage – Warranty Does Not Cover Damage Or Defects Caused By User (Intentional Or Not). Examples Of User Damage: Physical Damage, Liquid Damage, Overclocking, Improper BIOS Updates, or Modifications.
- Software – Warranty Does Not Cover Software Issues Caused By User Such As But Not Limited To: Viruses, Malware, Improper Software Installation Or Configuration, and Failed System Updates.
- Custom Loop PCs: (Hard Tube/Soft Tube) Warranty* Does Not Cover custom PCs with custom loops. However, new custom loop PCs will come with a 1 year Labor warranty*.
RETURNS (NO EXCEPTIONS):
- We Strive For Customer Satisfaction, and In Case Of Unexpected Problems, We Try To Offer The Most Reasonable And Fair Solution.
- Return Period – 7-Day Return Policy. Items Must Be Returned In Original Condition With All Packaging And Accessories Provided At The Time Of Purchase. No Returns After 7 Days No Exception.
- Restocking Fees – 15% Minimum Restocking Fee On All Returns. Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable.
- Custom Built PCs – Once The Build Process Starts, But Before Delivery, the Customer Can Cancel The Order With A $100 Cancellation Fee + Shipping Fee.
NO RETURNS ON:
- Special Order Parts – Once The Part Is Ordered, It Cannot Be Returned.
- Custom Loop PCs: (Hard Tube/Soft Tube) No return on any custom water cooling orders or custom 3D printed items.
FEES:
- Diagnostic Fee – We Charge A Diagnostic Fee (Starting At $75) For Any Labor Performed Not Covered By Warranty. The Diagnostic Fee Gets Fully Credited Towards Repair Labor If Customer Chooses To Proceed With Repair.
REPAIR DISCLAIMER(S):
- It Is the Customer’s Responsibility To Back Up All Existing Data, Software, And Programs Before Leaving The Device For Diagnostics, Service, Or Repair. We Are Not Responsible For The Loss Or Recovery Of Data Or Programs, Or Loss Of Use Of System(S) Arising Out Of Services Or Support Or Any Act Of Omission, Including Negligence, By VOXBURG.
- Voxburg will not cover any warranty if the system was diagnosed from any 3rd party Repair Service or if the customer attempts any repair or shows any signs of tampering. (NO Exceptions)
- Parts Used In Repairing Or Servicing Product(S) May Be New, Equivalent-To-New, Or Reconditioned.
- We Test Device Functionality When We Receive It From The Customer (At Drop-Off). We Will Not Be Held Responsible For Any Functions That Cannot Be Tested At Drop-Off.
