How long will it take to receive my order?
  • On average, it takes 1 to 2 weeks for a custom system to be finished. However, if there are any delays or shortages in stock during the building process, we will promptly notify you.
Where do you ship?
  • We currently only ship to the domestic United States of America. We hope to ship internationally soon!

What happens if my package arrives damaged?
  • Voxburg insures all of our shipments through our shipping company. If your package does in fact arrive damaged to the packaging or the items inside, please contact our support team at support@voxburg.com and submit pictures of the entire package and the items inside. Once we receive the email we will be more than happy to assist you with your issue.

What is a "stress test"?
  • Stress testing is when we take a freshly built PC and run it through a series of diagnostic tests that analyze how it performs under heavy load - this helps us determine if all the parts are performing at their best capacity.
  • If you're an advanced user you may wish to perform these tests yourself - but if you do so please report any irregularities within the 7 day DOA period from the date of receiving the machine.
