01Can I use my own parts?
Absolutely. With our B.Y.O.H. assembly service, we build your system with your parts, starting at $135.
02How long does a custom build take?
3–5 business days after payment processing. Many repairs are done the same day.
03How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days, depending on processing time. We ship UPS Ground unless stated otherwise.
04Can you test my parts?
Yes, we test all PC components.
05How do I submit an RMA?
Use our quick EZ RMA form on the warranty page, call us or bring it in.
06Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any time we're open, for any service.
