01Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in with your parts any time we're open. That goes for all our services.
02How long does a build take?
Most BYOH builds are done the same day. Custom loops and bigger jobs take longer, and we'll tell you up front.
03What should I bring?
Every part in its box, with all the screws, cables and accessories it came with.
04What's the difference between the tiers?
Core is assembly, cable management and a boot check. Pro adds Windows 11 and drivers. Expert adds a Windows key, a BIOS update and memory set to its EXPO/XMP profile.
05What if one of my parts is dead?
We'll catch it during the boot check and tell you which part it is so you can get it replaced. Faulty parts aren't covered by the build fee.
06Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every build comes with our Build Guarantee and a 90-day labor warranty.
07Can I buy parts from you?
Yes. Shop our components online, or grab what you're missing when you drop off.
08Do you build custom water loops?
Yes. Every loop is different, so contact us for a quote.
