Standard Build Time: 3–7 business days (depending on config & part availability)
Rush Builds: Available on select systems (check product page)
Prebuilt Units: Ship within 1–2 business days

Expedited options speed up the delivery, not the build process. If you're racing a deadline, we recommend pairing expedited shipping with an in-stock or prebuilt system — or reaching out to the VOXBURG Sales Ops team to confirm timelines.

Once your system leaves the VOXBURG facility, you’ll receive a tracking link. Use it to follow your build as it moves through the grid and hits your doorstep. No tracking? Check your spam folder — or hit us up.
Refusing a delivery or providing incorrect shipping info results in an automatic return. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover reprocessing and packaging costs.

We don’t just throw your PC in a box. Every VOXBURG unit is foam-locked, shielded, and shipped in damage-resistant tactical-grade packaging. It arrives like it left: flawless.
If your package arrives looking beat up — or something’s missing — contact info@voxburg.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the box, packing materials, and hardware. We'll launch a resolution protocol fast.
Once an order is placed, shipping address or method changes require cancellation and reorder. This protects your gear and prevents shipping errors. We don’t reroute builds mid-flight.
