🚚 SHIPPING METHODS

We move fast. Real fast. When you place an order, you’ll be able to choose from multiple shipping methods at checkout — everything from standard ground to expedited priority. Each option includes live delivery estimates based on your location, inventory status, and carrier availability.

Once your rig is built, tested, and battle-ready, we’ll send tracking intel straight to your inbox.

NOTE: UPS Ground for all systems with insurance 

⚙️ PROCESSING TIME

Every VOXBURG system is built-to-order, tuned, stress-tested, and packaged like it’s headed into a warzone.

  • Standard Build Time: 3–7 business days (depending on config & part availability)

  • Rush Builds: Available on select systems (check product page)

  • Prebuilt Units: Ship within 1–2 business days

Note: Delays due to supply chain issues or backorders will be clearly communicated.

✈️ EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited options speed up the delivery, not the build process. If you're racing a deadline, we recommend pairing expedited shipping with an in-stock or prebuilt system — or reaching out to the VOXBURG Sales Ops team to confirm timelines.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International ops are in the works — stay tuned.

🧾 ORDER TRACKING

Once your system leaves the VOXBURG facility, you’ll receive a tracking link. Use it to follow your build as it moves through the grid and hits your doorstep. No tracking? Check your spam folder — or hit us up.

❌ REFUSED OR FAILED DELIVERIES

Refusing a delivery or providing incorrect shipping info results in an automatic return. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover reprocessing and packaging costs.
We don’t like it — but it keeps the system clean.

🛡️ PACKAGING PROTOCOL

We don’t just throw your PC in a box. Every VOXBURG unit is foam-locked, shielded, and shipped in damage-resistant tactical-grade packaging. It arrives like it left: flawless.

❗ DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If your package arrives looking beat up — or something’s missing — contact info@voxburg.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the box, packing materials, and hardware. We'll launch a resolution protocol fast.

🔄 CHANGING SHIPPING DETAILS

Once an order is placed, shipping address or method changes require cancellation and reorder. This protects your gear and prevents shipping errors. We don’t reroute builds mid-flight.


📦 “My order still hasn’t shipped. How do I check status?”

Easy. Log in > My Orders.
You’ll see everything: order details, status, and shipment tracking once it’s live.
Need backup? Ping the Ops Team at info@voxburg.com — we respond fast.

⚡ “How long will it take with Expedited Shipping?”

Once you drop your build in the cart and lock your shipping address, you’ll see all available delivery methods + ETA projections before checkout. No guesswork, no fluff — straight data.

❌ “What if I refuse delivery?”

Denied deliveries = auto-return.
Heads up: 15% restocking fee applies — no exceptions. We don't ghost our hardware.

🔁 “When will an out-of-stock item be available?”

If it’s listed as out of stock or backordered, check the product page — we post ETA drops when possible. Still unsure? Tap the Sales Division via email. We’ve got your six.

🛠️ “Can I change my shipping address after ordering?”

Only way to change the address is to cancel the current order and place a fresh one with the correct info.
Why? Because we don’t play around with address security.

🚀 “Can I change the shipping method after ordering?”

Same deal. If it hasn’t shipped yet and you want to switch methods, you’ll need to cancel and reorder with the new shipping option selected. Clean. Secure. No friction.
