RETURNS (NO EXCEPTIONS):

  • We Strive For Customer Satisfaction, and In Case Of Unexpected Problems, We Try To Offer The Most Reasonable And Fair Solution.
  • Return Period: 7-Day Return Policy. Items Must Be Returned In Original Condition With All Packaging And Accessories Provided At The Time Of Purchase. No Returns After 7 Days No Exception.
  • Restocking Fees: 0 – 15% Minimum Restocking Fee On All Returns. Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable.
  • Custom Built PCs – Once The Build Process Starts, But Before Delivery, the Customer Can Cancel The Order With A $100 Cancellation Fee + Shipping Fee.

NO RETURNS ON:

  • Special Order Parts – Once The Part Is Ordered, It Cannot Be Returned.
  • Custom Loop PCs: (Hard Tube/Soft Tube) No return on any custom water cooling orders or custom 3D printed items.

FEES:

  • Diagnostic Fee – We don't Charge A Diagnostic Fee ( free ) that excludes any extensive testing/CPU re-pasting or anything that isn't cover by a general testing/diagnoses. For Any Labor Performed, Not Covered By Warranty. The Diagnostic Fee Gets Fully Credited Towards Repair Labor If Customer Chooses To Proceed With Repair.

Return Shipping Options:

As you prepare to ship the product back to VOXBURG, consider the following:

- It is advisable to use a shipping carrier that offers shipment tracking, such as UPS or FedEx. Please note that the U.S. Postal Service is not accepted.

- VOXBURG requires the shipment to be insured, or you must accept the risk of loss or damage during transit.

Shipment Liability:

The responsibility for ensuring the proper packaging of the computer or its parts to prevent any physical damage during shipping rests with the sender. VOXBURG strongly advises retaining and using the original boxes and packaging, including internal foam if applicable, or finding a similarly well-protected box. VOXBURG will not be held accountable for any shipping damage caused by improperly or inadequately packed product(s).

In the event that VOXBURG receives returns of computers or parts that have physical damage, the following factors will be considered:

- Did the customer adequately pack the product using sufficient packaging materials to protect it properly? Did they use the original packaging, including internal foam and shipping box foam and/or Styrofoam?

- Does the damage appear to have been caused by the carrier during shipment?

- Did the customer initiate and bear the shipping costs, or did they use a shipping label provided by VOXBURG for the return?

Determining responsibility and the party responsible for covering the costs of the damage will depend on whether the damage was a result of improper packaging by the sender. If the damage is determined to be caused by inadequate packaging, the sender will be held responsible for any associated costs. Before proceeding with the repair, replacement, or refund process, you have the option to settle a shipping claim for the damage by paying for it.

If you are unresponsive or unwilling to pay for the damage for a period of up to two weeks from the receipt of the product, it will be returned to you as it is, and the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be closed.

 

REPAIR DISCLAIMER(S):

  • It Is the Customer’s Responsibility To Back Up All Existing Data, Software, And Programs Before Leaving The Device For Diagnostics, Service, Or Repair. We Are Not Responsible For The Loss Or Recovery Of Data Or Programs, Or Loss Of Use Of System(S) Arising Out Of Services Or Support Or Any Act Of Omission, Including Negligence, By VOXBURG.
  • Voxburg will not cover any warranty if the system was diagnosed from any 3rd party Repair Service or if the customer attempts any repair or shows any signs of tampering. (NO Exceptions) 
  • Parts Used In Repairing Or Servicing Product(S) May Be New, Equivalent-To-New, Or Reconditioned.
  • We Test Device Functionality When We Receive It From The Customer (At Drop-Off). We Will Not Be Held Responsible For Any Functions That Cannot Be Tested At Drop-Off.
