Proof Required

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty and RMA services.

Warranty Exclusions

Damage caused by drops, impacts, liquid spills, or physical abuse is not covered under warranty.

Unauthorized Repairs

Products that have been opened, modified, or repaired by unauthorized technicians void the warranty.

Normal Wear & Tear

Cosmetic wear, scratches, fading, or deterioration from normal use is not covered.

Misuse & Abuse

Damage caused by improper overclocking, power surges, or non-approved accessories

Software Issues

Software bugs, compatibility issues, or problems caused by third-party software are not covered.
