Warranty termsVÖXBURG systems

Coverage does not include:

  • Physical damage, misuse, neglect, liquid damage, or unauthorized modifications
  • Damage caused by improper overclocking, power surges, or non-approved accessories
  • Normal wear and cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Software-related issues, viruses, or data loss
  • Systems or components serviced or altered by a third party without VÖXBURG authorization

Shipping: VÖXBURG covers standard ground return shipping for approved warranty repairs during the first year only. Expedited shipping, international shipping, and non-warranty returns are not included.

Manufacturer coverage: Manufacturer warranty terms, coverage length, and approval are subject to the original manufacturer's policies. VÖXBURG handles the claim on your behalf but does not override manufacturer determinations.

METRIC systems: Covered by a 1-year VÖXBURG parts and labor warranty instead of manufacturer coverage.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty and RMA services.

02What do I need to start an RMA?

Your proof of purchase (order number) and a quick description of the problem. Use the RMA form, call or walk in.

03I can't bring it in. Now what?

For approved warranty repairs in the first year, we cover standard ground return shipping.

04What about METRIC systems?

METRIC systems get the VÖXBURG Ecosystem with one year of coverage: a 1-year VÖXBURG parts and labor warranty instead of manufacturer coverage.

05Is there coverage for non-warranty problems?

Yes. Black Vault Protection covers repairs, Windows resets, cleanups and more for 12 months.

06Do parts I buy separately have this warranty?

This page covers VÖXBURG systems. For individual parts, ask us and we'll walk you through it.
