01Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any time we're open, for any service. You can also check in online first so we know you're coming.
02Is the diagnostic really free?
Yes. We check your PC and tell you what's wrong and what it costs before any paid work starts.
03How long do repairs take?
Most repairs are done the same day. Bigger jobs, or parts we need to order, take longer, and we'll tell you up front.
04Can I use my own parts?
Absolutely. Our Bring Your Own Hardware service builds your PC with your parts for a flat rate, starting at $135.
05Can you test my parts?
Yes, we test all PC components. Bought something used online? Bring it in before you trust it.
06How long does a custom build take?
3–5 business days after payment processing.
07How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days, depending on processing time. We ship UPS Ground unless stated otherwise.
08How do I submit an RMA?
Contact us or bring it in. Systems we build get EZ RMA for the first year, and we handle the process for you. See our warranty page for details.
09Can I track my repair?
Yes. Use our order tracker with your ticket number to see where it's at.
