Warranty & RMA Policy
At VÖXBURG, every system we build is designed to last — and we back that with transparent warranty and RMA support. This page explains how our coverage works, what’s included, and how to request service.
What Sets VÖXBURG Apart
✅ 1-Year EZ RMA (Hassle-Free Support)
If something goes wrong within the first year, VÖXBURG handles the process. No manufacturer runaround. No ticket bouncing.
Can’t bring it to us? No worries.
For the first year, VÖXBURG covers standard return shipping* for eligible warranty repairs—so you’re protected no matter where you are.
✅ 2-Year Labor Coverage
Most builders stop at parts. We don’t.
For two full years, VÖXBURG covers labor related to warranty repairs on eligible systems—saving you time and money long after purchase.
✅ Manufacturer Warranties — Included
Unlike most system builders, VÖXBURG honors and supports all original manufacturer warranties* on components used in your build. That means your parts are protected exactly as intended by the manufacturer, with VÖXBURG helping you navigate the process when needed.
This layered coverage means you’re protected by VÖXBURG first, and manufacturers second—not one or the other.
